30 promotions! He gave 30 after telling us to buckle down. This guy is completely out of touch or greedy and doesn't care. Most of us haven't even gotten a raise in years, much less a promotion. And how about all the stock they took from us? To save it (steal it from employees) and give to the new VPs? Aquisition coming? Or just the end.
Did he address the promotions? how can executive management be this oblivious? Let's cut the lower level employees' benefits, load them up with more work and then secretly promote and line the pockets of a few. What a leadership. So sad for DNR to die this way.

Why are we having this? What is the topic?
There is no anonymous. When a link is sent to you, it's always tracked. Everything is bogus, and the top management is milking the cow as much as possible. There is no ethics, no honesty. I am working like a slave here.
Why do you think people are leaving this company?
Why did you promote people to EVP and SVP with no announcement?
What are your plans to make this company profitable while not making it a miserable place to work?
