Thread regarding Truist Bank layoffs

Is there any way to find original employment offer within Workday?

I was hired during covid and as such was hired as a remote employee but I'm curious as to what my employment offer letter states, is there a way to view it in Workday?
I probably have it saved on an old laptop somewhere but would prefer not to have to search for it.

For what it’s worth, BOA did the same RTO before Covid was a thing. Basically said you have to come in the office or quit. Not saying it’s right.

Totally agree you should stay remote...however many people om my organization that were hired remote are now told to come into the office...what a joke

You can see your offer letter within Workday under Profile, Personal, Documents, Candidate Documents

Don’t the RTO FAQs specifically state that teammates workstyle would generally not change from their offer letter style? I thought this was the explanation for people on telecommute that live near an office?

@mlf+1sxzA7kV Thanks for the comment, I know that the business can change it at anytime but that wasn't the question.

The business can change remote status at will at anytime for any reason as well as an individuals employment. But I do wish you well on your quest.
