A majority of stores will start there INVENTORY Thursday night, If your Store Manager gets a call that morning stating that Inventory has been canceled, your store is closing!

@nj Pacific View Mall Macy's in Ventura was announced last year as closing during the first quarter of 2026. The Pacific View Mall is on it's last legs. Lots of empty store fronts. It will be redeveloped for multiuse and housing

Macys Pacific View is not on the list.
@nb Where is your source? And are there any macy's employees who know of some official confirmation to give some word on the potential affected stores this year?

Triangle Town Center is not on the list

@ha Union Square is NOT closing. It was announced last year that they would be closing, however Macy's Union Square store is NOT closing immediately; it will stay open indefinitely while Macy's partners with developers {TMG Partners} to explore future redevelopment, renovation, or reuse of the historic building, with the goal of finding a buyer for the property to ensure its long-term viability in the Union Square area of the city.
West Valley will more than likely close. The mall has died a slow, painful death, unfortunately.
It’s so sad as this store was one of the company’s most profitable locations just a few years ago. (2021?🤷🏽♀️)

@ht I work at Triangle, and I know for a fact they would close us down before they close Crabtree. That is definitely not true.

@e0 I definitely subscribe to the opening hours theory but people have debated that on here a lot. It's pretty clear which stores are Macy's best at least based on them.
