If you think EM is bad you don’t know Clinton,NJ

If you think your organization or team is super bad, incompetent, or toxic, you have not worked at CSR (Corporate Strategic Research) in Clinton, NJ.

The worst shi t show ever in human history. CSR had hand picked and hired most untalented and bottom of the barrel, useless, worthless PhDs.
These sh itty employees are now found in EMTE and LCS etc.

More sh it coning your way from Clinton, NJ including loser brain handicapped material scientists and god knows what.

Clinton, NJ people including those who are now here in Spring,TX (LCS, EMTE, Chemicals, Baytown) are completely worthless. When one has neither intellect, nor practical knowledge, they need to survive by being sn akes in the grass. PhDs who are at ExxonMobil are worthless in the real job market as one with real talent would find things worthwhile to do. We need hard working blue collar production and plant running guys and not the waste of life Clinton, LCS and EMTE PhDs.

Corporate Research PhD's,

Name one "new" technology or "new" molecular sieve that has had any impact on ExxonMobil upstream, downstream, or chemicals in twenty years.

Name one process technology whose NPV is greater than five percent. Most internal process technologies have an NPV of zero since we had twenty years of sunk cost before the technology generated one dollar in revenue.

CSR Crusader is back:
We got to give them the credit for relentless pursuit in exposing the truth about the Clinton site and its employees from the time the site stood firm on hollow grounds to after the site is getting dilapitated, dismantled and destroyed. Although it is tough to be exposed in front of the entire company, we gotta accept that the CSR Crusader holds the truth torch :). One way to assess is to look at the former CSR employees in different parts of the organization and what nonsensical contributions and hidden toxicity they provide. One can run but one cannot hide.

The fact that this “crusader” keeps coming back here and posting stuff like this after obviously being PIPed out years ago leads me to believe he has the saddest life imaginable

The PhD's in Clinton, New Jersey are just "PowerPoint" jockeys for the Executives in the Global Business Units in ExxonMobil Corporation. We have not invented any "new" process or catalyst technology in twenty years.

If anything, in the 21st Century, the Clinton PhD's are just knowledgeable others to the Presidents and Vice Presidents on whether we should buy another company's process and catalyst technology.

There is no power that PhDs wield. Just pure distraction from us real engineers and blue collars who do real work. BYC is bad but Indians in the EM US are equally lame. Don’t go far just visit LCS.

Not having much interactions with CSR. What’s going on there? Heard complaints about the PhDs in this board, didn’t realize those chaps can wield that much influence in a corporate setup like this which is EM.
