Sadly when you have executives who refuse to actually observe stores incognito they tend to fall over. When Walmart pays its employees more than Macy’s you know there’s a serious problem. When 60+ year old women tell you Macys is cheap and messy and they’d rather go to Marshall’s that speaks volumes.

75 percent of macys stores look like salvation army which i rather buy cloths from.
1:you deal with less of a attitude
2: then being followed around by security just cause your looking.
3: then force to open a card to get a discount on junk
4:cant find what your looking for cause the place is a mess.
5: target and waldump have better cloth
NOT ALL MACY'S ARE THE SAME....unfortunately my store is clean, organized and drives business. Guess it just depends. 🤷♂️
