The email said that there will be communication coming in the next few weeks about the sales remote people who can't / won't go to an office

@nij+1uOWTW4s I have been on site since the end of Covid pretty much 2-3 days a week for some time now.
What I have noticed over the last few days is nobody.Not one person I have seen in the office is working harder.
I'd argue they are doing less than when they worked from home.I have actually observed whole teams sitting around chatting for at least an hour at a time over the last number of days.
I would be amazed if this makes any difference to sales.People have pretty much downed tools.
But this was never about working better together.It is simply to drive people out the door without a package.
Unfortunately I think it will be company wide at some point soon. The argument will be made that it’s not fair etc. for only sales to have to RTO.
Have it on good authority that the rest of the company will not be impacted by this and it will remain sales only

We all know the RTO was a soft layoff and more cuts are needed.
Pips will start Q4. Those not returning to the office will receive written warnings/pips and eventually fired (no package).

They can tell you that coming into the office is a stipulation of continued employment. If you refuse to do so then you can be let go for cause
