@1hn well if no bonuses are happening then the company must not be doing that great. Start updating your resumes if that happens

@1g5 there was no mention of bonus in today’s email only merit.

@1g5 Do you know if it's the full bonus payout or partial? What about merit increases?

@1fp Thank you for your helpful comment. Get out while I can to take a 10%-15% paycut. I have applied to many places in my expertise and they either don't respond or they want me to get paid a lot less than I do now. I wish it was that easy. I'll take the paycut once Staples gets rid of me.

Leave this sh*those of a company. The managers that remain are the bottom of the barrel sc-m. A bunch of “yes” men. Get out before the economy gets worse and you are fighting for a position with a bunch of previous coworkers. Haha

You will get nothing and be laid off and like it!!! All the while….former top leaders aren’t even getting interviews screened by lazy recruiting.

You’ll get nothing and like it. (Hey moderator, are you going to suppress my first amendment right to post again?)

The lack of communication and openness from so called leadership is gross & disgusting. HR is beyond useless,
just a mouthpiece for the sham. Can’t wait to bury the place with my survey!!

It’s frustrating the company takes this long. It’s either you announce it’s coming or it’s not. Managers don’t know anything either when direct reports are asking about them. Everything about this company is backwards and miserable

@ne If we shouldn’t count on it, they shouldn’t add it as part of our offer letter. They use it to hook talent in, but then don’t pay the amount in full.

@OP Just be thankful you have a job. Bonus/merit increase is just an added bonus and never a guarantee. With all the layoffs lately and the ones mentioned coming up don't count on anything or very minimal.

Appreciate the April 10 response... a little later than normal. Any real idea what we are looking at for bonus and/or merit?

@OP Staples perf review process is a charade. 1) no other large company takes over 3 (!!) months to complete the sham process.2) the process is bogus and fake where Staples so called leaders and mgrs have ZERO input into ANY employees merit or bonus #’s. Sick-a-more runs the whole thing. 3) the process and numbers are treated as super top secret because no one at Staples has a clue b/c they are all peons with no personality
