Has anyone heard their AIP number for the year? Previous posts indicate the 100% will not be 100%.

The irony of calling it an "incentive plan", bragging at an all hands that its 100% funded, and then just not giving it to people. I'm sure they're going to feel really incentivized.
What do you expect from a tu-d like SM and his cronies?
@21v Seems like 100% was a bend of the truth from the start. They say 100% to the masses but then start taking off the top to fund other agendas.
TD money for bonuses is actually being reallocated for the next fiscal year funding of new executives and AI. Shouldn't AI save us money not steal it from existing employees who worked an entire year for it?
@21v It is unfortunate for many that I know who got very little bonuses when they have worked very hard with little guidance from leaders. One on ones are ineffective. They seem to be more small talk and less about what you've accomplsihed. Are 0% bonuses common here? It seems that is happening this year.
When does AIP pay out? Can’t see a paystub for it. Thought it was tomorrow.
No raise or promotion here but did manage to get 117% bonus. Given the circumstances I will take it.. at least im still employed.. For now
Oh and don't forget about no raises! Go Teradata!
This company has become a cold shell of it's former self, now resorting to no bonuses and increasing PIP's to survive longer. Soon severance packages will be gone and employees will increasingly be shown the door from being bad performance reviews. The lucky ones are the RIF'd ones already gone that received severance packages.
I was told managers were instructed to be "discerning" with how to apply bonus. And I personally know a handful of people that got 0 bonus. I understand scaling bonuses so some people get less, and some more, but to know a number that got zero, combined with the comments about discerning leads me to believe that the 100% funded was a lie, and they needed to save money, or they are trying to encourage people to quit to not have to pay severence. Because nothing improves morale like giving zero bonus instead of say, 75%.
@ne this is accurate
@1xh Considering you can’t form coherent sentences in English, I assume your post is fantasy as well. Go back to your cubicle and act as if what you do is important.
depends on your team. . alot will get 90-95% underperformers likely 0 and then you will have a rockstar or 2 that will get 115-120.. no more free rides.. you have to earn it now.. Boo Hooo
