If you read the comments on the posts below, you will see the same narcissistic id--ts are still in leadership and management. They are quick to react to any minor criticism as "whining". This culture has been in play for many years. Toxic personalities are the reason customers, employees, and partners hate doing business with Intel. Loosers cannot afford to be entitled pricks.

@ndz+1l2ElPcY - I've had managers and worked with people that were doing the same thing. Having left Intel a few years ago and re-established myself with a great company, any resume that crosses my desk with Intel experience gets discarded immediately; unless I worked directly with that person and know that they have a good work ethic.

@ndz+1l2ElPcY, thank you for your honesty. This is what is at the heart of Intel's problems. A culture in which this does and can happen pervasively. Until it hits rock bottom, nothing will change and when it does hit rock bottom, unlikely that it can ever rise again given the competitive landscape in today's semiconductor market. Truly sad...
Manager in TMG - I put in about 2 hours of work a day and pulled in nearly $300k last year with bonuses, projecting down to $250k this year - will reduce my daily work to 1.5 hours. Most days I just have my laptop open to teams and do enough to keep the indicator green or call into one of the 5 concurrent useless meetings on my calendar and put my speakers on mute - and then I work on whatever personal project or hobby I want for the day. My manager has no clue, or if he does, it's because he knows I know he's doing the same thing. INTC is losing and we can all see the writing on the wall but the easy paycheck is a hard dr-g to walk away from.
