Per California law, every two years, nonsupervisory employees must receive at least one hour of training and supervisory employees must receive at least two hours of training.
You can be terminated if you don't take the class.
They should have "Human Training", just for the managers, who have gotten drunk with some imaginary power they think they have. Bunch of balding a-holes.

There are a bunch of socially awkward engineers at Qualcomm. Think of big bang theory. Training is needed bc although it may be funny in a tv show… in real life it equals lawsuits
@OP you should be worried if you are acting in a way that can be harrassment. Otherwise it is a routine training.
