Yes it's time to dump some loser Management. Bring on some contract labor or some retirees that have a can do attitude. Work well with people and can get things done!
If CEO studied org charts he would know where to cut. Boeing is a top heavy ratio of management and support labor to touch labor. Lot of manager titles with no direct reports.
@ndh get rid of all of them, no one should be making six figs + management bonus + incentive bonus for babysitting abusing and paper pushing jobs
