I wouldn't worry about delivering, most of the sales people never document their commitments anyway.
@nb interesting post as we lost 50% of one of our engineering teams in India as well as other teams in India. not sure what the play is but cutting so deep we are going to be able to deliver what all of our salespeople commit.
I’ll do you one better: innovation by AI, sustained by AI (in India), and replaced by more ChatGPT.

Comical comments here RE: Aruba v Juniper Enterprise reps. Aruba enterprise reps have the worst rep in the industry. You won’t find a partner working with short of CDW falling back if a Cisco deal fails. Part of Aruba’s irrelevance is due to this.

Invent in America, sustain in India, then Replace with AI.
Indian IT not long for this earth. They beauracrised the work to exactly what AI needs to replace them.
It was all there already anyway.....
Let them move all the work there and close the company.
