How are the raises looking in 2025? Have they started showing up in Fidelity? Post % raise, JG, and PIR.

US, JG4, strong, 3.6%...feel sc--wed now. Can't find PIR anymore
US, upstream. JG4 P&T technical. 80% Pir. Strong. 5%.
folks, you don’t look at your salary in fidelity. you look at your life insurance coverage then divide it by 2.
it only works for americans because only americans have american insurance
whether or not you get a raise depends on when you joined in the year
This is my first year at Shell US in a downstream technical role. JG4 strong, but my Net Benefits still shows my hired on salary, no increase.
Does everyone get merit increases?
JG6 India (Bengaluru) Strong 9.6% PIR 107
US JG5, Strong, 4.6%
Live on NB website now for US but not in the app yet. US JG5 strong 4.5%
US JG3 Outstanding 10.6%
The NB trick has never worked for me. Still showing my old salary
Us JG3 105% PIR Strong 2.5%
Checked Netbenefits today and it looks like it's now updated.
US JG3, was JG4 for half of last year
Higher, 5.2%
Where are you seeing this? From your manager who was supposed to find out their teams raises this week?
US Jg3 Higher 8%.
US JG3 technical; 6.5%; strong
Did the PIR change ?
Give your PIRs and country merit budget too, people.
- 8%, Higher, USA, functional role.
Assuming midpoints didn’t change I went from 107% to 112% PIR. This was way more than I was expecting but surprised to see 5-6% raises in USA. Last year the merit budget was the same 3%, and I got a 4.7% raise; thoroughly confused.
- 3%, strong
NB still shows the same for me. JG3 strong
6% USA jg3 higher
- 2% with strong
5% with a “Higher”
What country are you in for 6%?
Live now. 6% - Higher
Or maybe fidelity finally patched their systems to avoid showing the updated amount?
I’ve seen it load in as late as the 8th before. My bet is it will be live tomorrow for US in net benefits once those Friday paychecks hit
If you are above 110% of pay for grade, you are unlikely to get a raise with a Strong rating. I think Low ratings will get no raise.
My colleague in the tech industry in Houston, normal professional, average "strong" performer, just got a 6% raise. Normal tech company, nothing like FAANG.
Technically they don’t have to give us a raise, maybe this is a cost savings technique
They stiffed us.
It’s a way for them to reduce headcount.
This is the first time it hasn't been visible by now, other than 2021 when almost nobody got a raise. This is concerning. Hope they didn't stiff us. Inflation is brutal, especially in Houston with property taxes & home insurance.
@n4+1jk666e0t We were told the same thing in Canada, that pay raises would be visible in the HR system on February 17th, but we've been able to back-calculate our new salaries using the 'divide by 2' life insurance method by February 1st.
Everyone is assuming that the payraise is coming out on 15th but I dont believe I have seen anything where it says it will be that way this year. All that has been said is that people in US will be able to see pay increases on Feb 17th and the US average is 3%.
US here... no changes yet on NB... is Fidelity is delaying the update for some regions vs past years?
No increase as of yet, anyone else?
Louisiana employees?
I don’t think most of us are getting increases.
Feb 5 and still nothing in U.S. Fidelity NetBenefits... what's going on?? If I die tomorrow my family will only get the pre-raise amount? 🤡
Have these shown up in the US Fidelity NB yet? 17th is too late - the first Feb paycheck should show up on the 14th.
Not sure the amount of merit increase in India, but my team member there was not happy with it.
What is the merit in India?
"Yup, those of us getting laid off can calculate this based on our severance package."
Did they use an exact number of 3 weeks per completed year? Or did their calculation include partial years served? For instance if I had 10 years and 8 months would they just give me 30 weeks? Or would it be 31 or 32 to include the partial year?
