Just another bit of proof that these are 2 self interested parties on and extended blind date groping each other in the dark and promising each other the world. When Germany was being assessed as the location over Ireland, I bet the little geniuses in Corporate Services, Legal and Government Affairs and FCO didn’t envisage the possibility that the Constitutional Court could throw a spanner in the works like this . Bet they didn’t even know it was possible . Gelsinger needs to be asking some serious questions about how this was missed. Bear in mind, the decision to locate the mega fab in Germany was taken nearly 2 years against already . Still nothing there apart from photo opps with Gelsinger, KM, Sinnott etc . There will be no mega fab in Germany . In 3 years time there will be no PG, no Olaf Sholz and no IDM 2.0 or IFS….. it will be forgotten and fade away into the mists of time. That is the new Intel - living on promises, targets and above all borrowed time
