Is it possible for a DL to make 300k annually - total package: salary, bonus, stock options? Northeast location.

I left the company two years ago. Made $320k my last year as a licensed DL. Base salary was $170k, vested RSUs were a little under $50k, and bonus was $105k. Waiting to collect made walking away easy.
District leader's bonus target is 27% of their base compensation, they also have a $36k Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) target funded at 90%. Meaning that not all DLs in a RDs span will get that $36k but most do. The RSUs vest over a 4 year window ($9k a year), and the higher/lower performance along with future potential will impact how much Stock is awarded.
As for base compensation, most FS DLs are between $100-150k.
@mzd+1koiu7Qj the question is, did you make that much in one year as CVS middle management?
I happen to work in the comp department. The average DL salary is around $113k and average bonus payout in March is around $22k. We haven’t offered stock options as part of incentive plans for several years now. Averages include FS DL’s. Likelihood of a single DL getting $300k is exactly 0% because it hasn't happened yet.
Yes, I’ve made well over $300k the past 2 years. $190k salary, $110k bonus, $75k stock.
