So let's see..they lay off highly skilled employees from ANS Around the same time they were planning this acquisition.this lot are clutching at any life boat but who is left to steer the survivors to safety ??.definately not senior management, who have proven time after time that they will throw anyone under the bus to save themselves.
In the what space? Losing good people is fine though and then leave the deadwood to run this new acquisition.
Apparently they haven't given up on ANS. They wanted to gain/not lose market share in the vCMTS space.
@mwf+1sMuP4eq Nailed it.
That explains where employee bonuses and pay freezes went to ...
So chuck gets his 14%.rest of us struggle on financially, while commscope make this acquisition.
Greed has no bounds !!
Perhaps Chuck is signaling to the market that CS isn't going bankrupt because it can afford to make an acquisition. An hail Mary move to try and restore market confidence?
I must admit that this acquisition wasn't what I was expecting given that the company still haven't told the market its strategy to refinance the debt. Now, if the next bit of news is that a refinance agreement has been made, then I can see the SP recovering. Let's see how events unfold.
