Will this be end of the year, of follow the algorithm and hit JAN 2025? Any intel? Any info is appreciated, the holiday season is approaching quickly!!

The Redeployment calls, which I find is a condescending effort for their selfish peace of mind, are schedule until mid December. So yes, there will another wave.
Feb is going to be the next big one
If the layoff logic used throughout 2024 applies, the next round of RIFs will be on November 21st. I haven’t heard that is going to happen, but if it did, that would be the date. I just hate the waiting game, feeling like we are all potentially out the door. Inhumane doesn’t even describe it, when I talk to the team members who have already been laid off. Keep looking for other options, and be as supportive as you can to other members of your team.
They laid off my old manager a week before Thanksgiving last year so no, they don't care if it's during the holiday season. No one is safe here.
Post ID: @mty+1vj2M3Er-I try to keep it positive on here, but this is not funny at all. For the others keep posting any ne info as it comes in. Our market (Landmark) will be down 2 plans by EOY, can't imagine they will keep us all around but I haven't heard (although I don't think i would).
2019 a layoff was on 12/23. There is zero job security here.
You can't always get what you want. But if you try sometimes, you just might find, you can get what you need.
