Four years of my life wasted here... Four years of toxic team dynamics and unrealistic goals... Four years of disrespect and fear-based culture... I left two months ago and I will not look back. There's nothing positive to look back at. I've been so much happier since I walked away and I'm guaranteeing you you'll be too.

The truth is not toxic. The culture at Teradata is toxic. You should stay on Yammer and talk about diversity in la la land. Keep your life jacket on cause the ship is slowly sinking.
@msl+1cwDEOFo It's a LAY OFF SITE, the message will be to tell people to RUN because TD has years and years of abused employees who weren't allowed to speak up when they were there. Go to Yammer if you're looking for 'meaningful advice' to help you through the day. lol
