I'm sure all of you have noticed that the trend now is to lay people off and replace them with somebody in India or the Philippines. Do yourself a favor, get your resume up to snuff because chances are good, especially if you didn't get the best review that you're on the list for the next round that is coming soon!

@ms easiest way to cut cost and improve valuation is through labor.
@gk that’s a lie. I know first hand that there will be more layoffs. Something is going down and whoever is holding the strings is making moves. I feel for those people that will be out of a job. I just wish there was more honesty.
@gk This is false, whole a-s. They're currently watching every us employee to see who can be replaced. They're just avoiding WARN notices
@gk I've heard of people ID for foreign replacement
There hasn't been any discussion of additional layoffs internally.
