Thread regarding Juniper Networks Inc. layoffs

How long do layoffs usually last?

When it comes to acquisitions, how long is the transitional period? Six months? A year? At which point will we be able to consider ourselves safe, at least in regards to the acquisition-related cuts?

Layoffs never end. It's been a big game of musical chairs for last twenty years and the music always stops in October, just hope you are not the last one standing.

We have 90 days to find positions inside HPE or we will be receiving packages.

Ask those folks at Cisco Meraki how long until it’s “safe”.

Layoffs can always linger after an acquisition. So there’s no safe feeling here.
