Thread regarding Phillips 66 layoffs

Opportunity to work at P66 as an engineering contractor?

Hi,

I have an opportunity to work as a contract engineer at a P66 refinery. Does nay one have any thoughts regarding this? Work with a chemical plant as straight hire or for a refinery as a contractor...

It seems non security is more with the contractors than employees.

Thanks

Much better off to work as a Contractor, dont have to deal with all the nepotism for assignments, in Bartlesville they only hire family members or their "buddies"

Disgusting to watch that over and over again knowing that qualified candidates are wasting their time and being rejected,
