Did you notice an increase in roles with no real purpose? How many PowerPoint warriors does Citi need? How important is it to go from a meeting to a meeting where they keep repeating the same things over and over again? How come they are not the ones who are worried about being laid off?

I hear you about the RTO. The only thing I see passed around are viruses! And of course, the endless Zoom calls....
@rbn+1q3i66bD You are correct! They just wanted to go back to su-k up. There is absolutely no reason for my area to have to be in the office. No one talks to anyone. I can go in for months and only strangers say hi or nod if someone RARELY makes eye contact. Finding my manager and team is like Where's Freaking Waldo. I gave up on it all long ago. Now I don't care. Sc--w them. Lol.
@mgg+1q3i66bD So very true! It's funny when their managers ask them deeper questions and try to get more info on the updates. They can't answer the questions because they actually DO NOT do their own work, understand the data they're sharing, and probably don't remember how think for themselves at this point. Lol.
Most SVP/D can be removed with no impact - they are just reporting project updates from VP/AVPs
Middle managers (SVPs) are only going back into the office because they were told they had to
In large corporations politics is much more important than actual work done. This is why only middle managers and above wanted to go back to the office - one cannot lick backsides on Zoom, or at least not yet 😋
