Multiple people with 20+ years service who were the critical path for products were let go today. No notice. No information from HR.

@sgb+1te011VA Managers haven’t known for months. Managers have known that Voyix is downsizing for a long time. But that should be obvious to everybody.
Current ELT is a joke. I feel for the many friends I have that are still there and hope they don’t get bounced like I did after many many years.
Managers didn’t even get to participate in selecting which people to let go. They were told the day before and given no choice. It’s not over.
@mei+1te011VA Sounds like a conspiracy theory to me.
There aren't many but I know the Canadian ones aren't fake. There were more postings (not to mention ones lower management want to make, but can't) but our new corporate overlords in the USA commanded them to be taken down. It goes without saying that things were somewhat when down south basically just ignored the Canadian backwaters.
People who remain.. RUN!! It’s just a matter of time when your time will come too. If you are US based this is not the place to be.

Are you sure you looked very hard? I currently see 538 active postings with 210 in the USA alone. Many of them are from this past week.
Obviously they were not that “critical” in the eyes of Voyix.
I was looking at Workday for internal job postings…..there is nothing, it’s all overseas hiring.
