I've been here almost 15 years and have seen so many changes in leadership that it is hard to remember what each one was trying to do. The current leadership doesn't seem to be about being a RTOS company or even a technology leading company. Not sure what this company is about anymore and looking at our new website, I'm even more confused.
Every year we lose more and more of our core customers. Good thing our competitors are make as many mistakes as we are.

So you want to waste a year or two of your life on a severance check that may never come or will be so small compared to last offers that it isn’t worth sticking around? Pointless.
That’s why I shake my head when people mention the APAC FAE. She’s confided in others that she’s miserable. It’s obvious to see her husband is an elderly cheating conman, but she claims she’s sticking it out for her daughter? Pointless. She’s doing more harm than good by setting a bad example for her kid.
Everyone is waiting for the severance.

The APAC FAE doesn’t want to deal with. An elderly husband that cheats on her? She can leave, too.
