The unemployment line will save the Second tier pay scale members
Well another week and no layoffs here in Schenectady. I can see when they do the layoff the reasons why. More QCR’s, rework and scrap on every bar we make. I just shake my head and understand why there will be one nice size layoff here.

I hear the ex BA, BS whose down in FL now is being blamed by the last administration for everything. Trying to get out of the mess by saying he did it. This is gonna get good.

A lot of folks will look stupid. It’s an exciting time in Schenectady. Don’t let the man obsessed with JC fool you. He’s sh-ting himself in fear of what this investigation found. He’s trying to make sure members get angry at JC and not at the corrupt folks who have screwed us for years. Screenshot all of these comments, go back months and screenshot. I don’t want the JC and CA obsessed to ever forget what he has written.
Not sure who's going to prevail when and if the investigation results are made public, but someone is going to look really stup-d...
With any luck it will be the overpaid management at corporate--we know we won't need them at all once the company is split into thirds. Why not eject them now and allow the books to look better to the investors in the interim?
So we've been watching this site for a long time that's how when someone posted something stupid we knew what they said and then put a bolt and out to this connected campus so yes HR with watching every day and you guys are dominant
@mac+1gvsN39A HR doesn’t decide when to have layoffs, Wall Street does. And by the look of things lately, there’s one right around the corner.
@mac+1gvsN39A Just open your eyes and smell the coffee. In Schenectady the more products we attempt to make most of it has defects on them. The lack of quality and cycle time of producing an order is shamefully comical.
Ex asst BA is saving our money from continuing to be stolen by our fake “union” whose in bed with the company. Only the sc-m who benefit from ripping us off are mad. Stay mad. FCK U. He’ll be a legend at 301 while you go down as the sc-m you are.
The sooner the better, shut the whole place down. It's been a drag on the company for years.
