I have to say that I didn’t get much out of the L and D Month of Learning, a little but not a lot for the amount of effort they put into it.It seems that group was better a few years ago.

Gogo out there talking about he doesn’t know how to use AI but it’s integral to our business, particularly his gym membership during the core hours of 6:30 to 8:30am. How out of touch can you be.. oh by the way don’t use chat gpt with company data.. we outsource jobs for that.
@m4 I think it’s a tie. They’re equally useless. How tractor man can continue to bring in the worse L&D leaders is baffling. Talk to anyone in L&D, they’ve given up. Ask them about the recent focus groups they had to sit through and are giving the same feedback over and over. Leaders up there are a joke.
The only people benefiting from L&D month are Tractorman and his friends at BCG/Britehouse. Deaigning things, printing useless stickers and creating new slogans. It’s a personal propoganda campaign.
Phar-remove Ph1l or Peppermint Patt1? Who lead L & D worse? Gooooo….
@br run away to where?
When I worked on computer and control systems you continued learning the new systems or you get left behind! Some times it does some of your own time.
Self serving and completely vague information out to push employees into the company agenda. Improve your own skill set on your own time, own your career, but let’s not talk about the cronyism that happens everywhere.
L&Ds full of advice that P66 has no role in supporting.. “more to come in the next few months”.. okay meanwhile this retitling post restructure exercise is just a ploy to keep you from being promoted.
Run away as fast as you can.
