Purge away, dude. Not sure why you still have 1-year and 5-year after getting your 10 year. Did you look lovingly upon them in your "useless cr-p drawer"? If anything, each one should have been a reminder of how much time you wasted and how much abuse you put with here. It should have spurred you to get out because the Grim MOR was inevitably going to catch you. What could they possibly have meant to you while your soul was being su-ked out of you? Something. Some compensation that made being there alright. So why purge them now? Have you suddenly outgrown the adult version of a yellow "everyone is a winner" ribbon? God, are you cheap! You were sated with this cr-p handed out to everyone who "settled". And now you want a few bucks for them. Just take them outside and crush them under herl on the sidewalk. And move on.

I think that they stopped giving those pins out 13 years ago. But you can still buy them from the Shell store. Your manager must have been old school and got them special for you. I think a thank you email to them is in order. It is kinda rare for a manager to do that nowadays.
They also discontinued the decrepit gas station photos within 5 years of its start.
I think at the 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35 year mark they still put 25/ year of service as a bonus, and nothing more. My A$$hole manager didn't even acknowledge it at the 15-year mark. But if you look up the benefits, there is still a US policy that grants that a luncheon can be held for you and your supervisor +2 others to celebrate... but you may elect to buy a cheaper lunch for a larger team if you like. But sometimes you work with A$$holes, so you can decline so that nobody gets anything.
