As far as I know, the most incompetent su-kers are being reallocated to Global Delivery Simplification.
It is a place where to find repair in these times.
The company will just outsource more of their IT functions to another company to save money.
They gotten rid of at least 50% of the IT staff which actually worked hard using outdated equipment for years.
And you have to remember the cost of caviar, champagne and other luxury goods has gone up over the years (lol)
I call bullsh-t on the Ron comment. It may just take longer because our technology is such a complete mess that we won’t be able to quickly pivot to agentic AI. Because they never invest in end to end efficient platforms because it would take too much from their GIANT bonuses. And IT execs all try to save their own empires and overpriced comp by building home friends that are cr-ppy and NOT remotely end to end. Such a poorly run firm. What a shame.
Ron just said in an internal meeting that AI won’t cause any job losses. Only enhance our jobs and make our jobs more interesting
AI should cut costs meaning it could accelerate the monthly reductions.

True doing layoffs the friends of the Senior Executive Mgmt is never let go.
How many of them have nothing to do because of the layoff of the real workers.
Just sitting in their offices surfing the web having chats with their buddies, taking multiple breaks to hang out.
