Rene James wants to join Intel as CEO.
I imagine they'll bring in some boomercorp veteran with an mba and accountancy background, stock will rally and revenue will continue to decline. Chop chop chop, plenty more layoffs to come.
Wow this turned out true. What else is happening next?//
Maybe they'll rehire the "Black Swan". As of lately, Bob doesn't seem so bad.
Without a source, you're just trolling.
It too far gone. No CEO can Fix it. Believe it or not it’s up to you.
If true, Then and only then would I consider investing in Intel again

Apparently this was changed as part of his negotiation for taking on the flee.. I mean the highly respected position.
Pat turns 65 on March 5, 2026 barely over a year from now. Does Intel still have mandatory CEO retirement at 65? Barret retired at 65, Otellini at 63, Grove at 62, and Moore at 58.
His legacy will be trash. Remembered as a joke fraudster who couldn’t get job done and ki-led an American institution. He will live in shame for rest of his life but he does got millions and millions of dollars….
Of course he will. It's only a matter of time.
Real question is - before or after the bankruptcy / company part out?
Intel's pseudo Union will show up the the Executive suite with pitchforks? Bring it!
For sure but when?
Dump post, and no it is not up to you whether he stays.
