“To those that say the stock price doesn't mean anything are delusional….”
You answered the question why I constantly post that the stock has no value anymore and why it’s being heavily manipulated.
Multiple sides are tugging this dead horse for spare parts and glue. Stock has no value anymore. “Artificially high” keywords

To those that say the stock price doesn't mean anything are delusional. The only reason Bed Bath is still around is because the retail (meme) investors fell in love with it. The price stayed artificially high even without fundamentals to support it. Without those investors buying and holding, the Hudson Bay deal never would've happened. Without that initial deal, the entire company would've liquidated.
It's a bad deal all around, but at this point, stock price means just about everything.
@ziq That is quite a noble notion, to say that you could care less. I'm afraid that at this point, all things considered, I really couldn't care less. But I guess you're more of an optimist than I am.
Well, I really doubt Bloodbath has 2 years to "turn it around" and I have no idea how it will get back its reputation. No traffic, and image that it is closing everywhere. Nothing useful on shelves. This has been going on for months.
Far above my pay grade. And indeed the memers think anyone who nay-says this stock are "getting paid" to do it. (By MSM? Hedge funds?) Whatever you say. If you don't say that Granny may die, she won't die. It's delusional. It's out of your hands.
It's not a nay-say. It's cold reality,
I left the "meant nothing" post and honestly, @lia talks like a long trader/memer Suffice to say they have an army of people telling them THEY know nothing about stocks themselves. I just know manipulation, but as soon as they hit those trigger words about MSM financial media, they reckon the world is stacked against them and it could not possibly be THEIR fault for thinking the stock would go TO THE MOON and so far is burrowing into the earth.
Maybe it saves their marriages, but I really doubt it.
I do not take sides and could care less. I reckoned they should have just declared bankruptcy months ago and just went Chapter 11. Instead, it's sort of turned into Chapter 7 inevitability. I have no money in this. I am just a former Bloodbath employee. I knew when to leave but also had the luxury of being able to leave.
For some reason, the memers seem to think they can influence the stock price by bloviating, They do the same thing on Yahoo. I can see you're impressed just like the stock veterans are.
The answer was straighforward and if that is snotty to you, please don't leave mom's basement as she has never said "No" to you. You are not prepared for life.
I don't know how many people have mentioned that the price means nothing but it has to be about 20 since early 22.
Take that or leave it. If it is "snotty" , it was not meant that way at all.
It was a simple question looking for a simple answer not a snotty one. They never claimed to know the stock market. Get over yourself
People who keep posting about the stock or think the value of a stock means something have no clue about todays stock market.
Do you think Apple is really worth 1 trillion? Disney is down over $50 a share from a year ago… all stocks including this penny stock are manipulated by hedge fund and mainstream financial media. Target is the darling of retail at the moment. Give it 2 years before they turn on it. Operational cost is going up because of remodels. Revenue is up but margin are low.
Stock has been manipulated for over a year at least. Many of us mentioned it meant nothing back then.
Stock has no value and is being heavily manipulated at this point.
