Turning off notifications on Teams & Outlook is a wonderful thing, turned them off months ago and havent looked back....it's glorious, give it a shot!

The minute I heard "BYOD", I bit the bullet and bought a very very cheap old smartphone and added a new line to my plan. Yeah, it costs more, but I have the peace of mind that my personal stuff stays personal. I also have the luxury of leaving the "work phone" at home when I don't want to be bothered by work, but still want to be reachable by friends/family.
The first time I left that thing on the counter and walked out the door made it all worth it.

My only incentive is to not get fired until I have something better. Grade 10 hasn’t received bonuses or incentives in a few years now.

The minute they started harassing me for office time I said fine and now the company is dead to me outside of my office hours, no more logging in at 5am to make sure ready for business or anything, outside of the office, not my problem. sorry customers, Fiserv makes me not give a sht about you anymore. I wish it weren't that way but sadly that is the new Fiserv under Frankotard.
