I’m assuming we’ll see an uptick in the normal attrition that happens this time of year. I wish I had another job to jump to right now!

I think a lot of it was all talk, just people complaining.

Good luck finding a Tech job.
I have my notice all teed up and ready to go. New job starts May 1. I'm not giving any notice since Dell does not give 2 weeks to those who have been recently laid off. I don't see any reason to give Dell any consideration.
Give it a week and I'll put in my notice!
