Keep in mind you might not be able to enjoy your TC bump for long! Broadcom will start aggressive PIP and f all around. You will really have to work, long gone VMware culture of doing nothing all the day and get paid.

@len+1pOg2cQ8 First of all congratulations, but pay attentions to where that 30% bump in TC is coming from, if that is too much of this coming from Variable component, there is no guarantee this will pay out as planned, at least in short term.
That's not much. Sofia is cheap labor and only for you posting here, the majority would not even know a Sofia office exists. Translating your 30pc is basically a 500 dollar increase.
