While I am sure it is a stark difference but we do not know how much money they have invested. They could have 30 million in GP interest getting those returns.

There is no incentive here unless you are a GP. Tiny raises, shrinking bonuses, no career path, fear of layoffs… All while the most incompetent and uninspiring individuals make $20 million a year. The only reason EJ keeps chugging along is the business model, not most of these shameful leaders.

It’s amazing how these individuals who are so far removed from the reality of 99% of their workers, can make decisions that will impact so many families and cause so much anxiety/stress for no benefit other than to make themselves feel better. That or they just want more people to quit.

@pw AM’s compensation increased 13.7%, and KJ’s compensation increased 6.2%.

PP’s comp actually decreased 3.5%, but that was tied to profit margin decreasing by 4%.

@mp That comment he made years ago is probably the worst thing uttered by an executive at this firm. Might as well hang it next to Ted's Richest Man letter to display our firm's beliefs.

Truly remarkable that was said in an open forum.

I was not around for Doug Hill. However, i heard he was a decent person. Just got into a bad situation. He at least had the self awareness to take his MP buyout and go away to live life.

They will be able to make more $$$ next year. It is official we are opening an office in India! I heard it last week from two GPs. We will now have 2000 EJ employees in India, not contractors.

Honestly, I probably wouldn't care what they made, if they weren't constantly working 24/7 to make our lives a living he-l, all while systematically destroying the company. Do they not realize there is more than enough of the "pie" to go around, and you typically get more output out of your employees when you aren't making it obvious that you hate them, hate their families, and want them to quit.
