One metric we have influence in is the NPS. A concerted effort to tell the truth on these surveys might actually have an impact after a few of them.

100% - NPS does have a big influence. I don’t know why it’s so high still.
@kwp+1lxnPiSo also countries like India, Philippines, and Costa Rica tend to submit favorable responses even with high attrition. As we shift more headcount there, the weight of those "false positives" superceded real feedback.
The scores are reviewed by the board or directors. They matter and are taken seriously. You have power.

I am brutally honest on these surveys. I don't know how the results are as high as they are.
