Well, the Company is transforming from being an Emirates type airline to being a budget like Spirit Air... which means sourcing and developing from low cost areas.

Anyone who has worked recently with the EPC contractors that have gone all in on India knos this will never work.
BTC hiring is a no-brainer for 90% of what we do. Recycling 100 year old ideas fit for purpose executed by low level, low paid people. Given the personnel churning, we can always stop hiring and count on substantial attrition, as necessary. The high level planning and execution still done in-house. Looks like the strategy is working.

A clever hq would become experts on ai agents, centralize and streamline and regain control of the corps core processes
Quite surprised that they’re pushing BTC hiring in age of AI. You’d think strategic planning would realize the error of over hiring and would start pushing investment in AI, agents , etc.
Which one. There is always a reorg going on.
