The thought of all those posers with little engineering skills calling themselves "supervisors" and just delegating their responsibilities to others, soon having to begin a desperate job search makes me smile. The real world needs real skills. Not smoke and mirrors d-bags that just skim research papers, make fake demos with recompiled code they found on gitlab, and k!ssing up to their useless higher ups.
just heard from hr 30% layoff in SD.
