This forum held on Thursday (Oct 22nd) was a disaster.
This was a virtual (zoom) forum with about 800 attendees. When the forum started, half the people were not able to get in. Some mo–nic leader suggested they would relay it through their phone to folks that couldn’t get in. When that obviously stupid idea did not work, the people who were dialed in were asked to drop off and dial back in 3 minutes. All this circus took 30 minutes before the forum actually started.
id–ts who can’t orchestrate a simple Zoom call are leading this company and preach flawless execution to the rest of us. The company is doomed.

I heard we paid for Microsoft and Zoom, awesome that we can double spend while jobs are on the line. #WebEx
@kkx+17A1zUZ9 Well.. we have the best controls! No one gets in.. no one gets out!
@vvb+17A1zUZ9, wow! Calm down there! You really hate Zoom don’t ya? Lol.
Ps. I am not a manger. I just call it as I see it and your post is still sh–. Notice I didn’t call you names, I called your post stupid. Two different things.
@wdo+17A1zUZ9 - I think you are a worthless manager trying to defend XOM incompetence as always.
Don’t blame Zoom. XOM didn’t get It set up correctly to handle the audience size. I can’t think of anything more incompetent.
This post is id–tic. Zoom didn’t work, so what!
The zoom call debacle is one symptom.
The disease is incompetent “leadership” from execs down to supervisors.
MS Team blows. Even MS knows it.
Company doesn't know what it's doing with its crumbling IT infastructure. Apple live streams to thousands of its employee without issue. We can't even use
Probably got a bargain price on zoom versus the suite of better Microsoft products.
Early in their careers, they impressed the right person by fawning obsequiously and no one else dared to tarnish those halos. “Meritocracy” at its finest.
