I work at Fiserv, I’m not happy. But reading these posts it’s pretty clear that there are a lot of really stupid people still working with us. There’s so much bs, misinformation, people just ranting. This used to a place where I’d find real value, but a lot of you have just made it a waste of time.

You boomers want to go into the office to escape your spouse. Stop comparing that to younger employees getting SC--WED by inflation and house prices and not wanting to wage slave for scraps.
What op says is true. Funny thing is that the people who are at the bottom in terms of intelligence will never realize that they are at the bottom. Things just happen randomly to them.

@@kez+1vPafrzN | Agreed 100%. I'd also add its the lack of transparency and the constant lies from senior management. It constantly asking employee to do more with less while taking away the few perks that remain. its enforcing RTO while having closed offices during the pandemic and now putting employee in bad position. Its gaslighting of employee with Your Voice while consistently moving its submission and reporting in hopes of making the results better, and when they aren't not listening to make the necessary changes. Its having to listen to client complaints and work everyday trying to meet client needs while having the company devalue that contribution and worse be seemingly destroying everything good about the company. Its listening to management come up with strategies 10 years too late.
@kez+1vPafrzN well said I was in your boat as well. I believe some of these points only illustrate how soft the labor force is. I would have ki-led for a hybrid approach that allowed me to work one day off a week when my children were small now its expected because of a pandemic that was 4 years ago?
Agreed! The flexibility went out the door with no regard to personal needs. I'm leaving ASAP from this toxicity

Coming from someone closer to retirement that doesn’t live in his parent’s basement.
I can honestly say that working from home has worked out quite well for me however I could easily go back to the office. Working from the office is not my problem. It’s the zero regard for any kind of work life balance. It’s the ongoing laying offs of fellow staff and then never replacing them. It’s adding more work to an already overworked workforce. It’s the spyware that’s downloaded on my computer and all the wasted time listening to managers/Directors/VP’s talk about it. It’s being on call with no compensation. It’s our benifits that pale in comparison to other US companies of the same size. Its Fiserv’s less than appealing 401(k) match.
Our Clients are sick of not getting issues resolved in a timely manner.
Advice: You can freely speak your mind without putting other people down.
And yet here you are. You're still coming to read the posts and comment. Now, who feels stupid?
I remember walking both ways to school every day, uphill, in continuous blizzards with no shoes. Rabble rabble rabble!
Lol at this post. Ranting about ranting. If you are going to rant, at least be on the right side of the ledger.
A post of just click bait. However, @zha+1vPafrzN makes a point. We all know how it is to go into the office 5 days a week and work a full day. Arrive at 7:30 leave at 6. Many positions at Fiserv called for travel as well much of the time on weekends. When you arrived 12 hour work days. If that idea offends you maybe you should find another line of work the private sector is not for you (oh wait).
You’re next.
Hi frank
Someone is loving that orange kool aid...
Uh Oh a FrankOBot started a chat thread lol. Get back to your master and report back the employees don't buy any of your BS.
No wonder they are cutting us because there's a few d-mb posts out of thousands of employees. What was it like being born with an extra chromosome? Is it hard living day to day being this mentally incapacitated?
Tell us then, O Oracle of Fiserv, knower of all things Fiservian! Tell us the true information, as a light against our misinformation. Cleanse our bs, and show us only the bright and shining s. Rant not, but lead us with your sage and placid wisdom.... Wait, wait. That's right. You can't. You came here, saw some over the admittedly over-the-too posts (understandable, because people lost, our now hate, their jobs) and what did you do? You ranted; you added nothing of value; you made stupid comments. So unless you do add some useful information, it seems you're just like the rest of us. Welcome to the club!
It’s pretty simple really, I’m glad you asked. If the company asks you work 8 hours a day, you work 8 hours a day. If the company asks you to come in 5 days a week, that’s what you do. They’re paying you for a job, not for how you feel, not for cutting corners.
That’s the problem with this younger generation, you all want so much but are not willing to put in the work. Go ask your parents what a hard days work was like, then come back here and let’s chat about your feelings 🤭
Nice try Frank
So kewl. So edgy...
Please. Teach us. Show us how to be a upstanding employee like thee.
Share thy knowledge of great and benevolent dou--e.
This post is as valueless and useless as the comment you’re attempting to mock. Oh, the irony. The lack of value at the org is definitely not the fault of incompetent management, absolutely no way at all. /s
Case in point! Nothing of value, just mindless nonsense. At least give me a reason why I should shut up 🤭 Just because you’re offended because you’re up at 6am to get into the office so you can make your 8 hours a day 😂
Shut up
