tell me how does that work?? management pressures the ODA , FAA looking into fine Boeing for this ,,, and the hourly/salary people have to take the training classes??? Shouldn't manager get fined/suspended or fired,,,, NO they go on to become over senior managers!!!

Undue Pressue has nothing to do with a Union. It has to do with Management putting undue pressure on FAA designees (or UMs) the FAA is supposed to "have their backs"
Oh and those UMs, they are mostly located in WA state (a Union site), oh and they are engineers so they are represented by SPEEA (that's a union the last time I checked)
