Will there be any promotions, raises, or bonuses being paid out?

I was excited about receiving my first bonus in early 2023 only to receive 30% of it in cash. I only want a cash bonus. They can shove the rest of it up their as--s.
Whatever…resources are just an expense…they don’t care about people…and don’t forget to come to work sick

What bonuses? We haven't gotten bonuses for years!
While most were forced to work the week after Christmas, however, the reporting folks were allowed to take off…drastically slowing down the 2023 results.
Managers won't know what the $$$ is looking like until February. The review process seems to be going the same as any other year.
Bonus will be paid out in March, good luck.

The “writing has been on the wall” for quite sometime now. Basically what this translates to you will not be here at the end of the year for a performance review, merit, bonus , promotion or even severance.
