I've never seen it go above 110% it's always capped at the top. We could beat by a billion dollars and it'd still be 94% because reasons.

3% of my salary.
People higher got more, because their VCP was a higher percentage of their salary in the first place.
People lower got less, because their VCP was a lower percentage of their salary in the first place.
Whatever it is, it is 30% of what it would be if it were funded at 100%.
Be glad you got anything. Do not look a gift horse in the mouth.
Maybe next year VCP will be funded at 210% instead of 30%, then you would get 7x more than this time. That would be nice!

If it was like it was for those of us that were given notice in late 2023… you were on the payroll through the end of last year. If there is to be a payout, you should be eligible. I got my VCP in the spring of 2024 after my last official day with Sabre was 31 Dec 2023. Good luck.
