Heard from a colleague today that 4 or 5 people with 20+ years experience turned in resignations this week in CASC? Has anyone heard the same?

people are leaving because more layoffs are coming, bonuses have been paid, all promotions are on hold..
I’m not sure why names matter. It was a real departure of 4 people with significant experience including two that ran plants for Cargill at one time. They all went to work for one of Cargill’s main suppliers of equipment
We had multiple leave in my view with 20 plus years of service. Some with no future role lined up because they just couldn't take it anymore
Names?
@kc I couldn't agree more, toxic leadership!
Not surprising and more can be expected…. Bonuses have been paid and if you have anything lined up outside then “goodbye Cargill”!!!
@OP Yes, they all resign at the same time. When a group with over 100 years of experience leaves, it reveals everything about the new Cargill and its toxic leadership!
