Will I get my outstanding bonus (commissions if in sales)?

What happens I chose not to sign agreement?

Can I extend the time before I go another for x number of months (e.g., due to personal hardship)?

Prepare and send goodbye email to colleagues.

Check for Class Actions and/or prepare to file EEOC age discrimination suit?
