I was ISP’d at the end of August as part of ER. If you’re one of us have you received your severance payment? I have not and have emailed HR Help three times and have not heard back from them.

@OP I received mine a few weeks ago. Two weeks later I received my LP liquidation. Both were immediately invested using a different firm.
Have you called HR and payroll during business hours? This needs a phone call.
@ka unused vacation is paid out as long as you quit before 12/31. Any outstanding balance reduces to 0 as of 1/1 and is not paid out.
I’m not sure the terms of VSP/ISP, but I would hope they would have paid out unused vacation.

I received mine mid December (whole amount). Did you happen to complete the required form your last day by chance?

I received it last week.
The firm will withhold half of the January paycheck to transition employees to a fully deferred pay model, as a way to fund ISP payments and Penny’s new shoes. "Checks in the mail"
