There is no, nor have there been any talks about getting rid of bonus's. Nor decreasing bonus's, either. The bonus structure is still the same. Your manager decides how much you get (0-100%) and the other half is dependent on the company.

there have been talks to eliminate bonus payouts and just give a much needed round of applause. The company is struggling and they can barely afford this. Dont let this interfere with your day to day work, just accept that you are appreciated

As at December it was 114%.
So expect final to be approx Β±5% which would be 110% to 120%.
