This guy has no idea how to build products to remain competitive. Mark my words this will be the biggest bottleneck towards any growth, market traction etc that we might ever have as a company.

@k9 it's a matter of time, Cisco oldie will leave as soon as he finds another gig where he can sell his race car story (aka making everyone fool) :)
@bn No one is talking about Panos. Ajay is the waste of oxygen.
@b2 Panos is legit. He has done good work. We've achieved 99.999% uptime. Yes there is a long way to go. Yes we need more R&D spend. Yes we need to hire more US people. Regardless, how is he "full of cr-p"?? "Panos and his sh-t crew" are you calling all of engineering sh-t?
The CPO is a placeholder, a throwaway who will be dispensed with when the buyer picks us up. Literally just a name in a box in an org chart.
Ajay’s new directs probably love him. They are as useless as him and have no clue. Ajay is the most pathetic of them all though. The guy has no intelligence , charisma, or integrity. He would fail if he interviewed for my startup as a CPO and if in case I had a brain fa-t moment and ended up hiring him I would rextify that mistake pronto. Can’t expect that from Mike. The all hands was tragic. I guess I would never understand how greed would motivate someone to play with the lives and hard work of so many. Panos and his sh-t crew won’t find a job anywhere else either.
I think the goal of growth was gone when they brought this loser on board. He’s oblivious to how incompetent he is within this industry and is stacking paychecks for the next massive gap in his career. The only reasons I think he’s still around is 1) he was the cheapest option and you get what you pay for 2) literally no one else wanted him 3) it is still somewhat soon to have more movement visibility for the head of product externally to the street and analysts. He’ll be gone 100% but unfortunately not soon enough. I don’t know a single person, including his directs, that actually enjoy him as a person.
