What time does liquidation start and when does the stores close
@k1 what location you’re referring to? Sounds like it’s not a go forward location.
Anybody that knows anything about Macys store closing knows, other than furniture galleries, they almost never close a store off cadence. Not that maybe one would come up, but this is it for this year. I don’t understand why everyone obsessed with “there’s gotta be more!”, be happy this us it.
Does everyone really think Macy's is through closing stores this year? More closures will be coming as the year continues. It's only the first quarter. Bet on it!
They keep saying they are modernizing stores. They said that three years ago. My store still has broken fixtures, 30 yr old stained carpets, a leaky roof, and horrible rest rooms. We are a profitable but small store. Tony Springs doesn't care about the Macys stores. He is more focused on opening up 15 new Bloomingdale's stores. I won't hold my breath for ANY improvements

I thought Interstate was a newer small format store. Very surprised if this would close that quickly. Not surprised at all by Livingston closing. Hamilton in Mays Landing NJ I guess they survived another cut ??
