New Retail Comp plan in April?

My leadership has indicated new comp plan training will be coming in the next weeks, implemented as soon as April. Haven’t heard any more details besides this.
Anyone have any more information on this? This will be my fourth comp plan. Besides the move from team commission, usually comp plans are incentivizes to increase Verizon revenue while making it harder for employees to make money.

@k0 LOL who here is an intellectual? The place is filled with thieves. One might use the word cunning to be kind.

They can preach customers get same trade in deals if they are new or existing all they want. If compensation isn’t the same for both, those customers won’t be treated the same

Until they better value upgrades in the comp plan, this company is doomed.

The plan has changed at least 5 times since I started.

The plan doesn’t matter, spare for the 2ish years of team comp the plan has never mattered, you’ll be selling the exact same stuff on April 1st as you’re selling today.

What they set quotas at is what matters. And they’ll probably have it set low in April and May to get everyone on board, we’ll pay it back in Q3 though.

Trust us, we aren't d-mbfounded by the kool-aid they spew. We know with each change comes less pay, especially with their current directive. Well, most intellectuals can see it. I calculate each change they make. Just like your 20% quota increase after team comissions, stating well it's a 20% raise...it's also a 20% increase for a few hundred dollars to be considered at 100%. You aren't 100% without that added 20%. Oh and now with the new structures 119% is still just achieving. Another 20% increase to not have to give you raises as excelling in sales. So all in all I've seen a 40% increase to their quota just for the same pay and raise at this rate. We will see what is next. They think they can just casually pull the wool over employees eyes. That's ok, we see you VZ.

Already made changes to B2B comp, so it's likely coming. Comp changes are NEVER for the good of the employee.
