Is there a possibility to volunteer for the next layoff at CVS? What steps do you need to take to request it?

@jzu+1v62Z0mX nobody should be working outside of 9-5 for their 9-5 job
Post ID: @1lmd+1v62Z0mX - What is a 4 on the mid year?
I literally haven't produced anything in the last month for dental and I'm still getting paid and a 4 on my mid year
If you have a relationship with your manager, you could mention it during a 1:1 or other discussion. Pitch it as your situation is probably better than others on the team and if they are looking for names, you would like to volunteer so another team member doesn't get impacted.
Whoever is talking about working two remote jobs is mo--nic. Most of us in this industry this year became RTO. How the he-l do you think they can attend meetings with someone breathing down our necks at our cubicle or in office three times a week.
It's a sure way of getting yourself fired from the better company. Not only that but it's a good way of not networking, we all talk about each other in this industry.
Are you insane? Now is the best time to work at CVS Health.. do as little as possible while spending the majority of your day working to find a new job.. if you are remote, take an offer of new employment and just slowly fade away at your job with CVS while still collecting a check.. if you get laid off eventually, you are already set.. don't believe for a moment that your personal situation ever meant anything to CVS or ANY company.. IF YOU WERE DYING OF CANCER, CVS WOULD STILL LAY YOU OFF. Make no mistake, corporations are about $$$$, not people..they NEVER WERE.
Be a low performer and make 100,000k+.
Talk back. Push back. Say no to working beyond 9-5. Say no to supporting what is out of your scope.
